Looking After Your Hearing Aid:
Earwax naturally builds up in the ear canal and can impair the quality of sound from the hearing aid if allowed to build up on the aid. So please regularly clean your hearing aid as per the instructions.
● Clean and wipe your hearing aid with a dry soft cloth.
●Use the brush to gently clear the earwax in the sound hole of hearing aid.
Clean or wipe hearing aid on a soft surface (such as a towel or cloth placed on a table) to prevent thehearing aid being damaged if dropped.
Never use any liquid like water to clean hearing aid since it may lead to permanent damage.
Our Expert Advice:
Mini hearing aids are small and discreet. This means that for most people they are as good as invisible but it also means the battery is tiny and therefore has a short life and they are a bit “fiddly”. They are also more prone to wax related problems than the larger devices but we provide you with a cleaning brush so this should not overly impact your decision
